A daydreamer turned filmmaker, Mayank Bali began his cinematic journey in the bustling streets of Delhi, camera in hand, capturing moments and crafting stories that prove dreams do come true. Along the way, he mastered photography, cinematography, and video editing, making him a one-man creative force. Cinema became his escape from the rigid loops of everyday life — a gateway to worlds that are ever-changing and full of possibility. In those worlds, he found his home.

Outreach Manager
A filmmaking aspirant with a vision for impactful cinema, Shivani works in maternity and new born baby photography to sustain his creative journey. While his true passion lies in storytelling through film, he brings the same artistry and precision to capturing events, products, and brands. Every project becomes both a step toward his filmmaking goals and a canvas to refine his craft.

Introduction of Founder
A daydreamer turned filmmaker, Mayank Bali's cinematic adventure began in the bustling streets of Delhi. With camera in hand, he's capturing moments, crafting stories, and proving that dreams do come true. Along the way, he learned photography, cinematography, and video editing, making him capable of doing more as a single person.
He often shares a feeling of not belonging in this world, where everyone seems trapped in a loop. Cinema has become his escape, teleporting him to another world that is not rigid and constantly evolving. As he traveled through different worlds and lived different lives, this journey became his home.
Apart from this, he calls himself a full-time learner. The curious kid inside him doesn't let him rest, as he's always searching to learn more and delve deeper. He wants to keep improving himself day by day so he doesn't miss out on opportunities that could be helpful in learning something new.
Film festivals
At Khwabsa Productions, our journey has been shaped by small beginnings and heartfelt milestones. What started as passion projects soon found recognition — our short films have been screened and celebrated at three film festivals, including Filmy Kaafila. These moments, while modest in scale, mean the world to us because they reflect the trust of our community and the impact of our storytelling. From early wins like an in-institute mobile photography competition at Gulshan Kumar Film & Television Institute of India to creating award-winning short films, every step has strengthened our commitment to becoming a full-time force in filmmaking.
Transformation
A person who was always shy to talk in public and groups finally opened up to this beautiful world and started getting involved in all the conversations. All thanks goes to the cinema, which brought a drastic change to this personality.
From being a man of few words to a storyteller, who found his voice in the language of light and sound and loves playing with it. Not only this but the importance of time was also taught by the cinema only, turning him from a lifelong latecomer into a punctual individual. A person who knows his responsibilities and takes his commitments and words seriously now.
